Description
"I will find out where she has gone
And kiss her lips and take her hands;
And walk among the dappled grass,
And pluck till time and times are done
The silver apples of the moon,
The golden apples of the sun." ~ William Butler Yeats
Ambrosia is a relatively new cultivar of apple originating in British Columbia in the early 1990s. It is medium to large in size and has mostly red colouration, with yellow patches. It has cream-coloured, firm meat with a sweet, crisp, aromatic flavour reminiscent of pear and low acidity.

Difficult to make them, real, soulful and full in presence...they have it all. And I can guess....that aroma too. Beautiful, Theresa. Rosa
