This photograph is named after the oft' quoted poem "Auguries of Innocence" by William Blake
"To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour."
Due to the abundant rain, we have bright golden fields of Mustard growing everywhere this year. Some may call this a noxious weed but it certainly creates a beautiful landscape. The purple flowers you see in the foreground bloom in different colours from pale mauve to white and are some type of tall wild clover. You may also be able to see a little bee that came out as soon as the rain stopped and the sun came out and turned the air into a steambath.

Theresa Tahara replied:
Thank you, Byron. I imagine there are lots of northerners that know about this but I, myself, am not familiar with grazing wild stuff. ;-))
