Description
Dear Norma,
I found this picture in an old shoebox under mom's bed. Isn't this Gina when she came out to the farm after Al left? Anyway, I thought you would like to have it since you were always so close.
Best to you as always,
Betty

The Gina series is wonderful. I had to see this one and read the write up that tells me what this is all about. FAV.

Great series Theresa! What a fabulous idea, it's a pity you didn't create a few more. I love how you've written a story to accompany the images. I also love the aged look to this one! Maybe now that a couple of years have passed you could do strong Gina, getting on with her life not needing a man. She might have a corporate job or maybe she got her motorbike licence?
Theresa Tahara replied:
Thanks, Linda. The reason I didn't continue is my model moved away. I had lots of ideas that I wanted to do. ;-))

A most beautiful and haunting photo. It evokes the sadness with a sense of proud defiance at the hard life Gina may have experienced.

Why did I miss this ?.... I love it...the tree has the answer...I am sure :)))
Theresa Tahara replied:
Thank you Michel. I'm sure the tree has the answer too. I love taking pictures of people but candid shots are difficult here. Everyone is so suspicious. Thanks again. ;-)
