FALLING SNOW ~ author unknown
See the pretty snowflakes,
Falling from the sky;
On the wall and housetops,
Soft and thick they lie.
On the window ledges,
On the branches bare;
Now how fast they gather,
Filling all the air.
Look into the garden,
Where the grass was green;
Covered by the snowflakes,
Not a blade is seen.
Now the bare black bushes,
All look soft and white,
Every twig is laden,
What a pretty sight!

Theresa, this is such a wonderful scenery from winters best side, where silence is going along with the snowfall - we can listen to it - thank you for sharing this beauty and the nice words - vf - Dagmar

Theresa, this photograph was my selection for discussion today in the Creative Women Artists group. I love the pristine white capture, and especially like the point of view, which invites the viewer along with you on this lovely walk. I can almost hear the snow crunching under my boots! Nicely done! voted
